Tom Pyle is the chief actuary for Continental General Insurance Company and has over 20 years of actuarial experience in the insurance industry with an emphasis on products for seniors such as Long-Term Care insurance and Medicare Supplement. Prior to his current role at Continental, Tom was a senior consulting actuary with Allen Bailey & Associates where he worked closely with insurance regulators to support the examination of many well known insurance companies and worked closely with key players in the Medicare Supplement industry to develop products for independent marketing organizations to sell on behalf of his clients. Tom enjoys trying to solve the challenges facing the Long-Term Care insurance industry and is excited to be part of the industry at a time when so many innovative groups are focusing on developing solutions for the industry.
