Sherwin Sheik currently serves as Head of Business Operations at Verily, an Alphabet Precision Health company, formally known as Google Life Sciences. He is responsible for driving operational excellence throughout the company. Prior to Verily, Sherwin was an accomplished digital health entrepreneur and founder & CEO of CareLinx, a nationwide in-home care platform with over 450,000 professional tech-enabled care providers serving over two million eligible patients for many of the largest health plans and at-risk providers. CareLinx was acquired by Generali, one of the largest global insurers in 2017 and then spun out and sold again in 2021 to Sharecare. Prior to CareLinx, Sherwin worked in capital markets at both hedge funds and investment banks as a healthcare equity derivative trader and built his foundation in corporate finance within the biopharma/life sciences industry.
